I found this excellent tutorial on making a two handed weapon rig.

But for some reason the transform constraint doesn't work for me. I made a quick video to show my problem.

anyone has any clue what I'm doing wrong?
And yeah, my project is a mess haha, if you have any suggestions how to tidy things up, don't hesitate to let me know.
