iMac Screenshot hangs

Just letting you know:
Whenever I take a screenshot with "cmd+shift+4" on macOS (the one when you can select what you want to screenshot), weird stuff happen inside the Spine editor. It's like the shift button on the keyboard got stuck or something. Happens every time.
Using latest Spine Pro 3.6.37

Which macOS version are you using? I'm on Sierra and don't experience that issue with the OS screenshot tool (cmd + shift + 4) nor FileShuttle (similar to OS tool, but also uploads to SFTP).

I'm on macOS Sierra 10.12.. I tested a few more times and still got the same bug. It could be because of the Wacom Tablet. I heard other software were having difficulties because of the Wacom Tablet getting key inputs to stuck. "Hej Stylus!" had a lot of problem recently. I probably should write to Wacom instead,

Oh! Have you assigned the key combo to your Wacom tablet keys? I can try to reproduce this, i have a Wacom Expresskey. How did you assign keys?

I've set up the Wacom Pen to use Shift+Cmd+¨ for activating/deactivating the "Hej Stylus" app, my tablet uses the default settings (sort of):

Here is a video showing what's happening: After the screenshot, everything I click gets selected, no matter if it's below or above the previously selected item, which means it's not the "shift key" that's stuck:

With Cmd+Shift+3 nothing weird happens. Only with the Cmd+Shift+4 combination.

i put this thread up because i have exactly this issue but using the latest version of spine.
1- i uninstalled and unplgged all wacom relative app or pref using app cleaner
2- i deleted every entries about "cmd + shift" or " 4 " or even " ' " into the hotkeys doc
3- i tried on all latest versions of 3.7 // 3.8 // 4.0 // 4.1
4- i reseted to default state the hotkeys and all settings too...
5- tried in azerty or qwerty keyboard layout (in spine settings)

no way, it's always the same issues and the same effects : everything selected is added to a selection, the right click zooms instead of pan etc after a cmd+shift+' hotkey (macos screenshot)

EDIT: uninstalled properly spine, restarted, installed it again.. same issue ?

found a solution. The issue comes form the combinaison of keystrokes. I changed the default one, from "cmd+shift+' " with "ctrl+4" using the numberpad.
and immediately it works without any issue. That will be a big change in my workflow, i use screenshots a lot, but it's easier than... restart spine each time i do a screenshot ;-)

@raoulito Certainly this problem occurs to me as well, but I can fix the weird behavior by pressing the cmd or shift key after taking a screenshot or screen recording. Have you tried this?
