Hey I installed Spine v1.4.12 (i think) on a windows 8 (Surface Pro) and it worked great, the latest update v1.4.15 dosent open at all?
is anyone else having this problem?

I dont have a spine.log? i followed the link and followed those instructions too. I dont have a version .txt file so i made one as well, what other text should i put in the file other then the version to load?
1.4.16 works on my mac but not on PC?
spine.log is created when Spine starts. Maybe Spine is unable to start at all. Try this:
1) Go to the /launcher where the file launcher-full.jar is located.
2) Type this: java -jar launcher-full.jar
Sorry wasn't around to confirm.
I'm on Windows 8 Pro on a desktop. No loading problems on my end.
(how's the surface pro, by the way? Is the Wacom pen input really handy?)
