I can't downgrade to 2.1.27 (include spine.log file)

Hi, I'm animator in use Spine tool from S.Korea.

I still use ver 2.1.27 Spine tool.
Because my project can't running in ver 3.0.00+ (I guess the reason that flip function issue)
So I don't update ver 3.0.00.

Several days ago morning, I try open the program and I found this error message.

I try everything that I can do. (except OS format)
Thousands of reboot my system, program re-install, virus check (I use Kaspersky program) and Etc.. but I could not open the program..

I think my Spine program can't downloading 2.1.27 update from server.
How can I use my program again..? or How to fix this problem..

The text of the lower part is 'Spine.log' file.

Spine Launcher 3.0.13
Windows 7 Professional x86 6.1
Java 1.7.0_06 Esoteric Software
32-bit Server VM

Sorry for the delayed response.

It seems Spine is trying to download the update file, but is receiving something else. I expect something is interfering with the download. Possibly you are getting a WIFI sign in page instead? You can go to the URL directly to see what it is downloading. If it's a file rather than a webpage, try saving it to see how big it is, and try opening it with a text editor to see if it makes any sense.

I don't think this is specific to 2.1.27, but have you tried other versions?
