mesh image overwrite problem

I have a mesh with small image.
When I overwrite it with large image I notice mesh size doesn't fit with large image.

So I use my original small image overwrite back again.
then the mesh shrunk.

I use 2 images for test,small one and large one.
I test it by keep overwrite images few times.(samll to large,large to small )
but mesh size just keep shrinking,ultimately become very small.

is this a bug?

I think I've the same problem... I've re-opened an old file and this is happen : the mesh is not at the same scale as the image...
Don't think it's coming from a new version of spine because I tried to use older version and that doesn't change anything...
