I think I got it correct, but to make sure, I will ask you guys.
I have a 3-month internship for a company, that makes educational games, in which we use Unity.
I have animated the characters in the game with Spine 4.1, that is my own Spine Professional license. It’s the intention of the owner of the company to pitch the prototype I have helped produce during my internship and sell the game to others.
As far as I can read in the Spine Editor License Agreement, at 2.3 Third-Party Product Distribution, the company can sell the game as long as they don’t edit the spine related stuff without a license, and have in the documentation included the Spine Runtime License Agreement in Exhibit A.
Is there something I’m missing?
