boadle Hi guys, I'm considering purchasing the application, but would like to experiment with the trial version first. Unfortunately, I am not able to run the demo as it 'cannot connect to server'. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!
Nate Spine needs to download an update file the first time it is run. If you are connected to the internet but Spine can't connect to the server, it means something must be blocking Spine. You can look at your spine.log, post it here and we can decipher it. If you have a firewall, you may need to allow Spine internet access: Spine Troubleshooting: Firewall
