  • [REQUEST] Illustration Animation Tutorial

Hey y’all, been searching high and low for a tutorial more focused on animation a finished illustration for loading screens/art. But most of the tutorials I find are for animating characters for games and the like. Is there any that I can be pointed towards? I’d greatly appreciate it!

The ones I found on YouTube are more so time lapse videos than tutorials so it’s a bit hard to get WHY something is used and all that good tutorial info.
