Export ALWAYS crashes 3.7.30 beta
I am completely and utterly unable to export. This is really messed up. I regret using the beta. I have a client that needs these animations ASAP. At the moment I am just trying to export to gif and pngs. None of the export options work. None of them.
Please help me. Otherwise I have to completely redo many animations. I've never experienced this before while using Spine.
When I export using 3.7.30 beta it just locks Spine up, doesn't even give me an option to report the bug. If I try to use the preview option for export it crashes and allows me to report the bug.
Here's the log when it locks up (I assume. I checked the log immediately after lock up and thats what it has)

Hello mike,
I tried to export in 3.7.30 beta and since you didn't specify what format you wanted, I tried all of them, and I only got problems with gif preview and export instead, and I got no crashes, just an error popup in Spine, what were your export settings? (you can click the save button to export a json of them to send) could you maybe send us the project file to contact@esotericsoftware.com mentioning this topic please?
Sorry you are having such troubles! We try to avoid such problems as much as possible, but sometimes it happens. Usually we would have a fix to you sooner, but most of us are in timezones where it was night and we were sleeping.
3.7.31-beta is available now which solves some very similar problems (likely your problems but I can't be sure without your project). Can you please try that and let us know how it goes?
I confirm exports works all for me on 3.7.31!
Hey all! Thanks for the quick response. Last night I unistalled, an reinstalled Spine. After doing that I opened my project and tried to export. I was still have the same issues. Until I tried to export a different animation in the same file. A version of one of my idle animations did export. However, there seems to be a few animations that won't export no matter what. They don't even appear in the list of things to export. I feel like the timeline for these animations are broken. A remedy that I found was to copy and paste the time line to a total new animation. That allowed me to export with Gif/PNG without issue.
In short I was able to export what I needed by copy and pasting timeline to a new animation.
Also updating to the new build did not fix the issue of these un-exportable timelines/animations.
With that said I would like to send my Spine File to one of the developers so they can look at it. I feel like my file is a unique case and it might prove interesting to investigate.
How would I go about sending my file privately?
Please email the files to contact@esotericsoftware.com and we'll get it fixed ASAP!
Sent!
Thanks! The animation Export
checkbox had a bug, fixed in 3.7.32-beta.
Hi all!
Help me, please, with my issue.
I am completely unable to export .json file in Spine 3.7.35-beta Enterprise. It locks Spine up immediately after pushing the export button without any bugs reports.
Sorry YuliaZ, we'll have this fixed in a few minutes!
Fixed, 3.7.36-beta is up!
I confirm! Export works on 3.7.36! Thanks!
