Caro

Hey there,

we have a small, weird problem!
My friend and I are using the same Spine version, which is in this case the most recent beta.
When he exports his animations, his pngs turn out to be twice the size as they need to be - so instead of getting something like 2048*512, it adds a huge, empty space there and gets us 2048*1024.

When I open his file, having the exact same settings, I get the "normal" export without any additional empty space.
We are both using a Macbook Pro.
Any idea what could be the reason for this?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Caro, can you export both yours and your friend's settings and post them here? Could you maybe try to record two videos? (it's hard otherwise to reproduce this on our side to understand what is happening)

Hi again,

thanks for the quick reply!

We just tested different versions and it turns that I was wrong, we did indeed have slight differences in our versions.
The spine file exports correctly from 3.7.17-beta, but came out wrong from 3.7.16.

To show what has happened, I've attached our correct and the buggy export png.
So, for us now, this is solved, and I'll kick my buddy to better not use (older) betas...
