Hello everyone,
in our current project, we want as dynamic animations as we can pull off, for this purpose we need to have multiple poses in our spine project.
For example, if the character does an attack where he turns 360° we need at least a front, side, back pose (probably more).
But I really don't know how to do this or any kind of workflow for this problem.
I know this question has been asked before, I tried to follow instructions from previous posts but I just can't get it to work.
For anyone else coming across the same problem, these may be helpful:

My understanding for a workaround was that I need to setup the poses in different skeletons and then copy them over and key them.
That way I would have different "preset" animations that I could just copy over every time I need that pose.
Info: The animations will later be imported into Unity.
To have something simple to illustrate my problem and to not show any content I am not supposed to, I scribbled little Billy here, say hello!
What I tried to do:
- Exported my .psd into Spine
- Created my skeleton and my hierarchy (I have one slot for different alternative attachments/images)
- Have only the images for the first pose (side) visible and align/rig my skeleton according to it
- Key my current pose in animate mode
- Copy the skeleton and do step 3 in my copied alternative skeleton for my next pose (front)
- Select and copy all bones from my alternative skeleton, and paste them into my original.
- Aaaaand... that's not how it is supposed to look... poor billy.
Can someone please help me out and tell me what I did wrong there?
TL;DR
I am searching for a workflow which allows me to have multiple poses/angles rigged and change them during an animation.
Greetings
Sparky
